On November 11, 2023, we had an impactful STEM Bootcamp in collaboration with Catholic University. 25 Middle school girls immersed themselves in microbiology, engineering challenges, and a hands-on parachute activity, showcasing their problem-solving skills. A college tour, including a visit to the Basilica, added to the enriching experience. Special thanks to Catholic University for vital collaboration, shaping a future where girls excel in science and technology. Kudos to facilitators Karent Jerez Rojas and Mariliz Colon-Ascanio, along with organizers Duilia Demello and Jason Davison for making this event possible.
