The Latinas Leading Tomorrow Board invites you to nominate an exceptional woman who shines brightly in your life for the 3rd Annual Noche de Impacto Award Night! These awards honor professional women in the DMV region who generously devote their time to community service. Take this opportunity to celebrate the remarkable women who inspire you, both in their professional and personal endeavors, and through the example they set for our community and society at large. The deadline for nominations is April 7, 2025. All finalists will be recognized in-person on Thursday, May 01, 2025, at Marymount University, Ballston Center, 1000 N Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA 22201 5-8PM Award categories include:

LLT SHEro Award: Awarded to an established Latina Leader in the DMV Community who inspires others through her actions. She is a person who leads with strength has created positive change and demonstrated an inspiring commitment to Latinos.

The Carolina Alcalde Campeona Award: Given to past board members who exhibit ongoing dedication to LLT beyond their time as a board member. They exemplify the value: “Once LLT, always LLT”. 

Gratitude Award: Awarded to dedicated LLT volunteers, including madrinas and coordinators, who actively support students, foster relationships, stay engaged with the Board, and contribute to LLT’s mission.
